Die-Cast Aluminium Enclosures Series 100

These die-cast aluminium enclosures are ideal for various electronic applications. Two different series are available which both can be supplied with holes according to customer specification:

LOW COST ALUMINIUM ALLOY ADC-10

For sensitive electronic devises. Ideal for pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical applications in industrial and  commercial environments. Effective shielding of EMI and RFI is provided. Complies with IP65 of IEC529 and NEMA (Dust and hose proof). The lid incorporates a recessed neoprene gasket. Wall mounting holes and lid fixing screws are outside the  sealing area. Thus the ingress of moisture and dust is prevented. Bosses on the internal base  are provided for fixing PCB’s horizontally. Internal guide slots are provided for mounting PCB’s vertically. The screw holes for mounting of the lid are roll threaded for the counter sunk lid screws. Are as standard delivered in natural finish but can upon request be supplied black painted or epoxy coated.

LOW COST ALUMINIUM ALLOY 380

Ideal for interior use. Can  for instance be used for instruments, as measure cases, as filter networks and as junction boxes. Light weight. Easy to rework. Supplied with close-fitting  flanged lid and self threading machine screws. Excellent screening  properties.
